Your one-time payment covers the base hosting service for the lifetime of the ARZHost Lifetime Hosting service—not the biological lifetime of an individual. The account must remain within its published resources, follow the Acceptable Use Policy and satisfy the disclosed activity policy.
Domain names, premium software, managed maintenance, extra storage/resources, dedicated IPs and other optional services are separate products and may renew monthly or annually.
No hidden mandatory renewal: we will not turn the advertised base hosting fee into a surprise annual charge for the same included capacity.

It is a one-time-payment base hosting service for the lifetime of the ARZHost Lifetime Hosting service. It is subject to the plan limits, Acceptable Use Policy and disclosed account-activity rules. It does not mean unlimited resources or an individual person's lifespan.
Will I ever pay a hosting renewal fee?
There is no recurring fee for the base capacity included in your purchased lifetime plan. You may choose optional recurring add-ons such as daily backup care, managed WordPress maintenance, isolated agency accounts or additional resources.
Does a domain name come with the plan?
No lifetime domain is included. Domain registrations are separate and renew at the registrar's then-current price. This keeps the hosting promise clear because domain registries charge recurring fees.
Can I host WooCommerce?
Yes, WooCommerce can be hosted within your plan's published resources. As your store and visitor volume grow, the ARZHost team can help you select additional resources or move to a larger ARZHost solution.
Are backups included?
Four weekly remote restore points are included. Backups are a recovery aid, not an archive guarantee, so you should also keep your own current copy. Optional Care plans provide daily off-site backups and priority restore help.
What happens if I outgrow my plan?
You can purchase an eligible resource add-on or upgrade to a larger ARZHost hosting solution. This gives your website a clear growth path without having to start over with a new hosting team.
What is the inactive-account policy?
An account may be treated as dormant after 12 months without meaningful login, website traffic, DNS use or email activity. ARZHost should send multiple notices before archival and provide a limited reactivation window; the full process belongs in the published Terms of Service.
What does the refund cover?
The proposed offer includes a 30-day refund window for the hosting fee, subject to the published refund policy and abuse/fraud exclusions. Domain fees, third-party licenses and completed paid services are normally non-refundable. Make sure the live Terms of Service matches this promise before publishing.
