This policy explains the hosting refund window, excluded charges and how to submit an eligible request.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Eligible Lifetime Hosting purchases can be refunded within seven days of purchase under our refund policy. Domain registrations, third-party licenses, completed services, and work already delivered are excluded.
Non-refundable charges
- Domain registrations, renewals and transfers.
- Premium software and third-party licenses.
- Completed migration, setup or managed-service work.
- Dedicated IP addresses and consumed add-on resources.
- Payment-processing, currency-conversion or tax amounts that cannot legally be returned.
Abuse and policy violations
Accounts suspended or terminated for fraud, chargeback abuse, prohibited activity, security threats or material policy violations are not eligible for a refund.
How to request a refund
Email support@lifetimehosting.tech from the account email. Include the order number and service domain, but never include a password or payment-card number.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Bank and payment-provider processing times are outside LTHost's control.
