Service agreement
Hosting agreement
This agreement explains how LTHost hosting is provided, how resources may be used, and the responsibilities shared by LTHost and each customer.
1. Agreement and scope
This Hosting Agreement applies to hosting plans purchased through LifetimeHosting.tech. It works together with our Terms and Conditions, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Lifetime Hosting Policy, and any plan-specific information shown during checkout. Ordering, accessing, or continuing to use a hosting account confirms acceptance of these documents.
2. The hosting service
LTHost provides shared, WordPress-ready hosting within a multi-customer server environment. Processing capacity, memory, storage, network access, and system processes are shared, while each account receives the limits and features published for its selected plan. Availability, software versions, control-panel features, and supporting infrastructure may change when reasonably required for security, compatibility, or service continuity.
3. Lifetime hosting
A lifetime plan is a one-time purchase of the base hosting capacity stated in the order. “Lifetime” means the commercial operating lifetime of the LTHost Lifetime Hosting service. It does not mean unlimited resources, the biological lifetime of a customer, or permanent inclusion of domains, premium licences, dedicated IP addresses, additional capacity, managed work, or third-party products.
4. Activation and order review
Activation may depend on successful payment, accurate account details, fraud screening, identity or ownership checks, and technical availability. LTHost may delay or reject an order that cannot be verified, presents a security or abuse risk, requests an unsupported configuration, or cannot lawfully be provided. Estimated activation times are targets rather than guarantees.
5. Resource limits and fair use
Every account must remain within its published website, storage, bandwidth, database, email, inode, CPU, memory, process, and other technical limits. If usage exceeds a limit or threatens server performance, security, or other customers, LTHost may ask the customer to reduce usage, recommend an upgrade, temporarily restrict the affected resource, suspend the affected service, or terminate serious or repeated misuse.
6. Customer content and lawful use
Customers retain responsibility for the files, databases, email, applications, media, products, visitor information, and other material placed in their accounts. Customers must have the rights and lawful authority needed to store and publish that material. Hosting may not be used for phishing, spam, malware, fraud, credential theft, unlawful copying, network attacks, abusive scanning, illegal content, or activity prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy.
7. Account and application security
Customers must use strong credentials, restrict administrative access, keep contact details current, maintain supported software, install security updates, secure themes and plugins, and promptly report suspected compromise. LTHost may isolate files, reset access, or temporarily restrict a compromised account when necessary to protect customers or infrastructure.
8. Email service
Email included with a plan is intended for legitimate personal or business communication. Sending limits, storage limits, spam controls, and reputation protections may be applied. Purchased or harvested lists, deceptive sender information, unsolicited bulk email, phishing, and activity that causes server or IP blacklisting are prohibited.
9. Backups and restoration
Eligible plans may include weekly backup restore points as described on the product page. Backups are a recovery convenience, not a guarantee that every file, database, message, or configuration can be restored. Customers remain responsible for maintaining current independent copies of important data outside the hosting account. Restoration may overwrite newer information and can take time depending on account size and server conditions.
10. Domains and optional services
Domain registrations, renewals, transfers, premium software, managed services, extra resources, and other add-ons are separate from the base lifetime hosting payment. They may carry recurring charges and provider-specific requirements. Domain availability and final pricing are confirmed during checkout.
11. Maintenance and infrastructure changes
LTHost may perform maintenance or move accounts between servers, networks, data centres, or supporting providers to improve security, capacity, reliability, or continuity. Such work may change IP addresses, server names, DNS details, routes, or software versions. Reasonable notice or instructions will be provided when customer action is required, except where urgent work makes advance notice impractical.
12. Suspension, termination, and data
A service may be restricted or suspended for material policy violations, fraud, nonpayment of separately renewable items, security threats, unlawful activity, or harmful resource use. Immediate action may be taken for urgent risks. Customers must export required data before cancellation or termination; content may be permanently removed after the service ends and may not be recoverable.
13. Availability and responsibility
Hosting is supplied on an as-available basis. No network, application, backup system, or security control is completely interruption-free. Customers are responsible for testing whether the selected plan suits their needs and for maintaining their own continuity and recovery arrangements. Liability is governed by the Terms and Conditions.
14. Contact and policy updates
Questions about this agreement may be sent to support@lifetimehosting.tech. LTHost may revise this agreement for legal, operational, security, or service changes. Material updates will be published with a revised date.
