Services may be used only for lawful purposes. Customers are responsible for all content, software, accounts and activity under their hosting service.
Prohibited activity
- Malware, phishing, credential theft, fraud or unauthorized access.
- Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging or deceptive marketing.
- Copyright infringement or distribution of unlawful material.
- Attacks, scanning, botnets, denial-of-service activity or attempts to bypass security controls.
- Cryptocurrency mining, public proxies or workloads that continuously exhaust shared resources.
- Harassment, threats or content that violates applicable law.
Resource use
Websites must remain within their published storage, bandwidth, database, inode, CPU, memory and process limits. Activities that degrade server stability or other customers' service may be restricted.
Security responsibilities
Customers must keep applications updated, use strong credentials, restrict administrative access and investigate compromise notices promptly.
Enforcement
LTHost may investigate reports, temporarily restrict affected services, request corrective action or terminate serious and repeated violations. Immediate action may be taken when needed to protect users or infrastructure.
