Lifetime Hosting policy
Lifetime Hosting terms and service policy
A clear, customer-friendly explanation of what “Lifetime Hosting” means, what is included, and the rules that keep the service reliable for everyone.
Introduction
We want Lifetime Hosting to be easy to understand before you buy. These terms explain the lifetime promise, permitted use, backups, migrations, refunds, account rules, and other important service conditions. By purchasing or using a Lifetime Hosting package, you agree to these terms.
At a glance
The simple version: You pay once for the base Lifetime Hosting package. There is no mandatory monthly or annual hosting renewal fee for that base package. Optional add-ons, domain renewals, taxes, and separately purchased services may still have their own charges.
| Topic | What it means for you |
|---|---|
| Lifetime hosting fee | One-time payment for the base hosting package; no hidden mandatory hosting renewal. |
| Prime domain offer | One eligible standard domain is included for the first year only. Premium domains are excluded; later renewals are separate. |
| Existing domains | You can connect and use a domain you already own. |
| Backups | Automatic weekly backups are retained for up to 30 days. |
| Website migration | Up to 10 eligible websites can be migrated free when requested within 60 days of purchase; complex migrations may cost extra. |
| SSL | Free SSL is included and may be issued automatically through Let’s Encrypt or an equivalent solution. |
| Refund window | Eligible Lifetime Hosting purchases have a 7-day money-back period. |
| Account transfer or resale | Lifetime Hosting accounts cannot be sold or transferred, and hosting capacity cannot be resold. |
| Inactive accounts | An unused account can remain active for up to 10 years; after 10 consecutive years of inactivity it may be deleted. |
1. What “Lifetime Hosting” means
A Lifetime Hosting package is a hosting product designed to remain active for the lifetime of the Lifetime Hosting product or service, provided the account follows these terms and the applicable hosting rules.
“Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the hosting product or service. It does not mean the natural lifetime of the customer, and it is not a promise that a particular server, data center, third-party technology, or infrastructure component will exist forever.
Our lifetime promise: The base hosting package is purchased once. We do not charge a mandatory monthly or annual renewal fee simply to keep that purchased base hosting package active.
2. One-time price, taxes, and optional add-ons
The advertised Lifetime Hosting price is a one-time price for the base hosting package. There is no hidden mandatory renewal fee for the base hosting service.
- Applicable taxes may be added based on the customer’s country or location.
- We do not add a separate payment-processing fee to the advertised hosting price.
- Optional paid add-ons are billed separately.
- Extra services such as additional storage, dedicated IP addresses, premium backups, advanced support, third-party licenses, or other upgrades may carry one-time or recurring charges.
Purchasing an optional recurring add-on does not convert the base Lifetime Hosting package into a recurring hosting subscription.
3. Domain name rules
A free domain is included only with the Prime package, and the included domain registration covers the first year.
- Premium domains are excluded from the free-domain offer.
- Domain renewal after the first year is not included in the Lifetime Hosting payment and is charged separately at the applicable renewal price.
- Customers may use an existing domain registered with another provider.
Important: The word “lifetime” applies to the eligible hosting package, not to a domain registration. Domain registrations operate on registrar renewal periods.
4. Allowed and prohibited use
Allowed use
Lifetime Hosting may be used for normal websites, including ecommerce websites, affiliate websites, high-traffic websites, business websites, blogs, portfolios, and agency or client websites, provided usage remains within the purchased plan and does not abuse the service.
Prohibited use
The following uses are not permitted on Lifetime Hosting:
- Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging.
- Phishing or impersonation intended to steal information.
- Malware, malicious code, botnets, or harmful scripts.
- Copyright infringement or content distributed without required rights.
- Pirated software or other illegal downloads.
- Illegal content or activities.
- Adult content.
- Gambling services or gambling-focused platforms.
- Cryptocurrency mining.
- Proxy or VPN services.
- Mass email or bulk-mail services.
- File-sharing platforms.
- Streaming platforms or services.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, threaten platform security, or materially affect other customers.
5. Account ownership, agencies, and resale
Customers may purchase more than one Lifetime Hosting package.
- A Lifetime Hosting account cannot be sold or transferred to another person.
- Customers may not resell hosting space or operate the account as a hosting-reseller service.
- Agencies may host client websites within the limits of the purchased package, but they may not resell hosting capacity as a standalone hosting service.
6. Servers, data centers, and technology
To keep the service secure and operational, we may move a customer account between servers or data centers when reasonably necessary.
If a technology becomes obsolete, unsupported, unavailable, or unsuitable for continued service, we may migrate the account to an equivalent replacement technology. Our goal is to preserve the purchased hosting functionality and plan features as closely as reasonably possible.
We aim to maintain the features included with the purchased plan. Where a specific underlying technology must be replaced, an equivalent solution may be used so the hosting service can continue.
7. Uptime and planned maintenance
Lifetime Hosting includes an uptime commitment. The exact uptime target or guarantee that applies to your purchase is the one published on the relevant plan or order page at the time of purchase.
- Scheduled maintenance is excluded from uptime calculations.
- Customers affected by qualifying downtime may be eligible for a service credit or equivalent account benefit based on the impact and duration of the outage.
Service credits or equivalent remedies do not create a cash refund right outside the applicable refund policy unless required by law.
8. Backups and data protection
Automatic backups are performed weekly and retained for up to 30 days.
Backups are provided as an additional protection for hosted data. Customers are encouraged to maintain their own independent copies of important website files, databases, media, and other business-critical information.
9. Website migration
Website migration is included with Lifetime Hosting, subject to the following conditions:
- Up to 10 eligible websites can be migrated free of charge.
- The migration request must be submitted within 60 days of purchasing the Lifetime Hosting package.
- We will work to complete eligible migrations successfully when the source website and account are accessible and technically compatible.
- Very large, unusual, technically complex, damaged, inaccessible, or non-standard migrations may require an additional charge based on the work involved.
Any extra migration charge will be based on the website and required work rather than being an automatic recurring hosting fee.
10. Support and website development
Hosting support is included with Lifetime Hosting. Support covers hosting-related assistance and normal service questions.
Where website development is included with the purchased plan or offer, it covers one website with up to five standard pages.
- General plugin or theme troubleshooting is not included as part of standard hosting support.
- Work outside the included hosting or website-development scope may be offered as a separate paid service.
11. SSL certificates
Free SSL is included with Lifetime Hosting. SSL may be issued and renewed automatically through Let’s Encrypt or an equivalent certificate solution supported by our infrastructure.
12. Email hosting
Email hosting is not included as part of the Lifetime Hosting service unless a specific plan, add-on, or written offer explicitly states otherwise.
Mass email, bulk mailing, spam campaigns, or use of hosting resources primarily for unsolicited email distribution are prohibited.
13. 7-day money-back guarantee
Eligible Lifetime Hosting purchases include a 7-day money-back guarantee beginning from the date of purchase.
- Refund requests submitted after the 7-day refund period are not eligible for a standard refund.
- Accounts terminated or suspended for abuse, prohibited activity, fraud, or violation of these terms are not eligible for a refund.
Any non-refundable third-party cost, custom work, optional add-on, or other separately purchased service will be handled according to the terms shown for that item at checkout or purchase.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend an account when it violates these terms, violates applicable hosting rules, creates a security or reliability risk, or attempts to abuse the hosting platform.
For normal violations, we generally aim to provide a warning and an opportunity to correct the issue. Serious abuse may result in immediate suspension without prior notice, especially where necessary to protect customers, infrastructure, security, or third parties.
Persistent, serious, or unresolved violations may result in permanent termination of the Lifetime Hosting account. When an account is terminated for abuse or a Terms violation, the lifetime entitlement ends and no refund is due.
15. Inactive accounts
A Lifetime Hosting account that is not actively used will remain available for up to 10 years of continuous inactivity. After 10 consecutive years of inactivity, the account and hosted data may be deleted.
Customers should keep their account contact information current and maintain independent copies of important data. Activity that reasonably demonstrates continued use of the account may reset the inactivity period.
16. Upgrades, downgrades, and paid extras
- Customers may upgrade a Lifetime Hosting package when an eligible upgrade is available.
- Downgrades are not supported.
- We may offer optional paid add-ons at any time.
- Optional add-ons may be one-time or recurring, even though the base Lifetime Hosting package remains a one-time purchase.
17. Ownership or brand changes
If LifetimeHosting.tech changes ownership or operates under a new brand name while the Lifetime Hosting product or service continues, existing Lifetime Hosting commitments will continue for eligible customer accounts, subject to these terms.
18. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for using the service lawfully and safely. In particular, customers should keep account credentials secure, maintain appropriate website software, ensure they have the right to publish their content, and avoid activities that could harm the service or other users.
Customers are also responsible for keeping their contact information up to date so we can communicate service, security, billing, or account notices when needed.
19. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when reasonably necessary to reflect legal requirements, security needs, service improvements, new features, or changes in how the Lifetime Hosting product operates. Any update should not be used simply to introduce a hidden mandatory renewal fee for an already purchased base Lifetime Hosting package.
Where a material change affects existing customers, we will aim to communicate it through the website, customer area, email, or another appropriate channel.
20. Acceptance and contact
By purchasing, activating, or continuing to use Lifetime Hosting, you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy together with any other applicable service rules shown during checkout or on the website.

Friendly reminder
Our goal is simple: make the lifetime offer clear before purchase. The base hosting package is a one-time purchase with no hidden mandatory hosting renewal. Separate services, domains, taxes, upgrades, and optional add-ons are clearly treated separately.
