Service policy
Lifetime hosting policy
A plain-language explanation of the lifetime offer, included capacity, fair-use expectations and separately renewable products.
Meaning of “lifetime”
Lifetime refers to the operating lifetime of the LTHost Lifetime Hosting service, not the biological lifetime of a customer and not an unlimited guarantee that the service will exist forever.
What the one-time payment covers
The one-time payment covers the base hosting capacity listed for the purchased plan, including its website, storage, bandwidth, database, email and server-resource allowances.
What is not included
Domain registrations, premium licenses, managed maintenance, extra resources, dedicated IP addresses and optional services are separate products. They may renew monthly or annually at the then-current price.
Resource and fair-use requirements
Accounts must remain within the selected plan limits and may not continuously consume resources in a way that harms other customers or server stability. A resource add-on or larger service may be required when usage exceeds the plan.
Account activity
Customers must maintain accurate contact information and respond to important service notices. Long-term inactive, abandoned or unreachable accounts may be reviewed under the terms of service before archival or closure.
Service changes or closure
If the lifetime hosting service is materially changed or discontinued, LTHost will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice and practical migration or data-export guidance where feasible.
