General legal terms
Terms and conditions
These terms govern LTHost orders, customer accounts, payments, service access, and the legal responsibilities connected with using our services.
1. Acceptance and agreement structure
By placing an order, creating an account, accessing a service, or continuing to use a service, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions and the policies incorporated by reference. The Hosting Agreement governs hosting-specific matters, while product descriptions and checkout information define the purchased plan. A more specific term controls where documents address the same issue differently.
2. Eligibility and account information
Customers must be legally able to enter an agreement and must provide accurate, complete, and current contact and billing information. LTHost may request reasonable verification. Customers are responsible for protecting account credentials and for activity performed through users they authorize.
3. Orders and activation
An order is subject to payment confirmation, risk review, technical availability, and acceptance by LTHost. Displaying a product or accepting an initial payment does not require LTHost to provide an order that is fraudulent, unsupported, unavailable, unlawful, or incorrectly priced. If an accepted paid order cannot be provisioned, the Refund and Cancellation Policy will apply.
4. Prices, payments, and separate renewals
Customers must pay the amount shown at checkout using an accepted method. The one-time Lifetime Hosting price covers only the included base hosting capacity. Domains, premium licences, dedicated IP addresses, managed services, additional resources, and third-party products may be billed separately and may renew at the then-current price.
5. Customer responsibilities
- Select a plan suitable for the intended website and expected usage.
- Keep contact, ownership, and billing information current.
- Secure passwords, applications, themes, plugins, devices, and administrative access.
- Maintain independent backups of important information.
- Use services lawfully and respect intellectual-property, privacy, and third-party rights.
- Respond within a reasonable time to security, abuse, billing, or ownership notices.
- Remain within the resource limits of the purchased plan.
6. Acceptable use and investigations
Services must not be used for illegal, deceptive, abusive, harmful, or disruptive activity. LTHost may investigate credible complaints, preserve relevant records, request corrective action, restrict access, or remove material when reasonably necessary to enforce its policies, protect infrastructure, provide requested support, or comply with lawful requirements.
7. Customer content and intellectual property
Customers retain their rights in content they lawfully upload and grant LTHost the limited permission needed to store, transmit, back up, and process that content for service delivery and support. Customers represent that they possess the permissions required for their content and are responsible for claims arising from material they control.
8. Third-party services
Domains, payment gateways, registries, software, control panels, certificates, and other external products may be supplied under separate provider terms. LTHost does not control third-party availability, policy changes, pricing, or continued compatibility. Third-party charges may be non-refundable once the provider has supplied or committed the product.
9. Service availability and maintenance
LTHost uses reasonable care to operate its services, but continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, security incidents, provider failures, software defects, customer activity, network events, or circumstances beyond reasonable control may interrupt service. Planned or emergency work may be performed when needed to maintain security and reliability.
10. Suspension and termination
LTHost may restrict, suspend, or terminate a service for fraud, unlawful conduct, material policy breaches, threats to infrastructure, nonpayment of separately recurring products, repeated resource violations, or failure to address an urgent notice. Where practical, the customer will receive notice and an opportunity to correct the issue; immediate action may be taken when delay would create material risk.
11. Cancellation and data removal
Customers may request cancellation through the published support channel. They must export required data before service access ends. Files, email, databases, backups, and account settings may be permanently deleted after cancellation, expiration, or termination and may not be recoverable. Refunds, if any, are governed exclusively by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Services are provided on an as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. LTHost does not guarantee that every application will be compatible, that data can always be restored, or that all threats can be prevented. LTHost is not responsible for indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential loss, including lost profit, revenue, opportunity, or data. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected base service, subject to any non-waivable legal rights.
13. Events outside reasonable control
Neither party is responsible for delay or failure caused by events it could not reasonably prevent, including natural disasters, major network or power failures, war, civil disorder, government action, labour disruption, widespread provider outages, or similar events. Affected obligations are suspended only for the duration and extent of the disruption.
14. Policy enforcement and third-party claims
Customers are responsible for the consequences of their content, instructions, users, and service activity. To the extent permitted by law, a customer must address third-party claims arising from material or conduct under that customer’s control and must reasonably cooperate when LTHost receives a related complaint or lawful request.
15. Changes, severability, and no waiver
LTHost may revise these terms to reflect legal, security, operational, or service changes. Material revisions will be identified by a new update date. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not permanently waive that right.
