Legal
Terms of service
These terms define the responsibilities, limits and conditions that apply when you order or use LTHost services.
Agreement and eligibility
By ordering or using a service, you agree to these terms and the linked policies. You must provide accurate account information, be legally able to enter an agreement and keep your login credentials secure.
Services and activation
Services are provided according to the selected plan, published resource limits and order details. Activation may be delayed for payment, fraud, risk or identity review. Availability, pricing and final configuration are confirmed during checkout.
Payments and separate charges
A lifetime plan covers only its included base hosting capacity. Domains, premium software, additional resources, managed services, dedicated IP addresses and other optional products may have separate recurring charges.
Customer responsibilities
- Use the service lawfully and follow the acceptable-use policy.
- Maintain secure software, passwords and independent backups.
- Keep account and billing details current.
- Stay within the websites, storage, bandwidth and server-resource limits of the selected plan.
Suspension and termination
Services may be limited, suspended or terminated for abuse, security threats, fraud, nonpayment of separately recurring services, repeated resource violations or material breaches of these terms. Where practical, notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue will be provided.
Service availability and liability
Hosting is provided on an as-available basis. No network or software environment is completely interruption-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected base hosting service.
Policy changes
These terms may be updated to reflect legal, security, operational or service changes. Material revisions will be published with a new effective date.
